Hello Delta 9!
On Monday, March 11th, 2019 at 10:00AM the password for the corporate Wi-Fi (delta9-corp) is being reset in an effort to migrate personal devices off of the corporate network and on to the guest network. \
The password will be changed at 10:00 AM on March 11th, 2019.
Which locations are affected?
Head Office - 770 Pandora Ave E
Retail will not be affected by this change.
What do I need to do to prepare?
If you have a personal device on the DELTA9-CORP network, it will be disconnected on March 11th at 10:00AM. You may reconnect this device to the DELTA9-GUEST network using the information listed below.
If you have a Delta 9 issued laptop, Jeff or Brodie will be in touch with you before the changeover to ensure you will remain connected after the reset. On March 11th, we will visit you at your workspace to update the password for the DELTA9-CORP wi-fi to get you back on the wireless network.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Delta 9 Service Desk using any of the following options:
2. Phone us at Ext 5555 or 204.224.7361 during business hours and we will be happy to help. Outside of business hours, you can leave a voicemail which will be turned into a support ticket.
